This tutorial applies to Google Chrome and other Chromium-based browsers. Note that the keyboard commands are not supported in Mozilla Firefox. Moreover, you can follow the same process for changing default keyboard commands offered by other installed extensions.

Step 1: Copy and paste the following address in the URL bar of the browser: chrome://extensions/shortcuts.
Now press the Enter key, which would open commands settings page with list of all installed and supported extensions.

Step 2: Now scroll to the Tab Suspender extension.

Step 3: You would notice three shortcut options: "Activate the extension", "Suspend all tabs in all windows except current tab" and "Suspend all tabs in other windows". In boxes opposite to these options, you will find the currently set keyboard shortcut keys combinations.

Step 4: Click on the command desired box, and press your preferred keys combinations. The box will show the updated command. Just note that there are certain restrictions on the possible keys combinations. All key combinations must include either Ctrl or Alt. Combinations that involve Ctrl+Alt are not permitted, but Shift can be used in addition to Alt or Ctrl. Supported keys along with Ctrl, Alt or Shift are A-Z, 0-9, Comma, Period, Home, End, PageUp, PageDown, Space, Insert, Delete & Arrow keys.

Step 5: Once you have changed the keyboard command keys, verify it by loading a new web page and trying on it. Feel free to contact us if you are facing any issue regarding this.
